STEELEDANCE was founded in 1995 to support and showcase the unique and imaginative choreography of Teri and Oliver Steele.
Jack Anderson, dance critic of The New York Times, heralded the choreography
"so intense as to mesmerize".
Roslyn Sulcas, dance critic of The New York Times, proclaims that
"the Steeele's are adept at creating seamless, ever-changing configurations of dancers".
Today STEELEDANCE embodies a varied and distinctive spectrum of choreography that catapults the company to the forefront of the next generation of American Dance Artists.
